Fly me to the moon

We can figure out how fast the moon moves when trying to take a picture of her.

It's a full moon day.
And, it's fifteenth of August coincidentally.

Marsha Thomason

I'd like to watch the US TV series.
'Prison break' let me fall in the TV series.
One of my favourite shows is 'Lost'.
In the third season of 'Lost', I was charmed with one of female characters, 'Naomi Dorrit'.

Her name is Marsha Thomason, and she was born in Moston, Manchester, England.
My survey let me know that she played Nessa Holt in the first two seasons of Las Vegas.
(The photo was cropped from the website of Manchester Metropolitan University where she attended BA English studies.)

Here are the known her filmography.

Black Knight (2001), The Haunted Mansion (2004), The Tripper (2006), and Caffeine (2006).

Most of american guys seem to be so attracted with british-accent girls.
I don't know why they are since I am not one of the natives.

But, it would probably be same as that metropolitan girls' accents sound so attractive to our southern guys.

I watched the movies and TV shows that English actress played in or british accent girls starred in even though they got trained.

They sound like toffee-nosed girls to me like the metropolitan girls.
They never speak slow, but so clear and fast.
It may tempt me. I feel the same thing.

Not only because she is an English, but she looks very pretty and cute.
I will order the first two seasons of Las Vegas soon.

I linked herein the interview story with her on her episodes in 'Lost'.

She loves listening to audiobooks through her ipods, her dog, and her family.

5 points in how to walk

1. To Stretch Yourself Before And After Walking

It is necessary to stretch corresponding muscles slowly against a muscular pain or an injury. Let's stretch our Achilles' heels, our hip joints, and our arms.

2. Where To Walk

Let's choose a non-heavy-traffic area for our safety. A walking in noisy area increases our stresses. A park is the best place.

3. How Fast To Walk

Don't overpace until you feel hard in your breathing. Keep the pace to have yourself sweat slightly.
- The proper heart rates to burn up your fat
(220 - AGE) * 0.6 ~ 0.7
e.g. for the 35 year-old case:
(220 - 35) * 0.6 ~ 0.7 = 111 ~ 129.5

4. To Supply Yourself With Water

Your sweating during walking leads to a dehydration in your body. Your feeling thirsty indicates running out of moisture in your body. The best way of moisture supplyment is drinking a glass of water 30 min before your walking, and continuous supplyment of moisture during your walking. Your sweating also results in famine of minerals and vitamines in your body. Supplements can help this matter.

5. When To Walk Between Morning and Evening

A jogging before having breakfast can burn up accumulated fats in our bodies, while a jogging in the evening can streathen our muscular power.
